Located in the heart of the beautiful city of Jounieh and for the first time in the MENA Region, MENACOMM (Middle East & North Africa COMMunications) Conference 2018 is organized by IEEE Communications Society – Lebanon Chapter and Holy Spirit University of Kaslik - USEK in collaboration with IEEE Communications Society – Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia Chapters.

The objective of MENACOMM Conference 2018 is to bring together researchers from academic institutions and industry from all over the world.

MENACOMM Conference 2018 is a great opportunity for the scientists and experts from the region to meet with the worldwide known researchers and industrial leaders.

The conference features a main Technical Program with Papers presenting the latest technologies, applications, and services. It also includes a number of Keynote talks, held by renowned researchers.

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the MENACOMM Conference 2018 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, publishing of the papers will be subject to IEEE approval of the form and the quality of the papers.

Proposals for Tutorials, Workshops, and Forums are also invited.

The conference program will be built around three main tracks:

- Physical Layer and Fundamentals
- MAC and Cross-Layer Design
- Next Generation Networks, Applications and Business.

The technical program is complemented by a Gala Dinner and a social event including several sites seeing in Lebanon.
